ICE Events is looking for an Associate Consultant to join our staffing team! Do you have a keen interest in helping people? This role will allow you to provide support and learning & development opportunities for our ICE Events talent pool to help them to be successful in their career pathways. You will assist with the hiring of our ICE Events talent pool. This is a varied and challenging role that allows you to utilize and extend on a wide range of different skills. You will be responsible for:

  • Deciding the futures of aspiring applicants
  • Working with client companies, building relationships to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements
  • Using ICE Technology to attract and screen talent for the programmes and projects
  • You must multi-task to a high level across different talent and client offerings
  • Coordinate daily responsibilities and ensure they are completed in a timely and organised manner
  • Understand and appreciate working in different time zones
  • You will screen candidates, interview them, do background checks where necessary, and finally match them to our clients
  • Coordinating administration activities for the programmes
  • Supporting programme participants with their learning & development
  • Liaising with Universities and Student Associations

The desired individual should:

  • Have a passion for working with people and supporting talent development
  • Aspire to leading your own team
  • Ideally have experience in administration, programme coordination, hospitality or recruitment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strategic, innovative and analytical thinker
  • Ability to deliver on time and under pressure

  • 20-30 hours per week (flexible)
